Jay Leno Profile

Jay Leno (born James Douglas Muir-Leno, 28 April 1950) was a US comedian famous events as The Tonight Show on NBC stations. He was born in New Rochelle, New York and raised in Andover, Massachusetts.

After Johnny Carson retired in 1992, Jay Leno to be the bearer The Tonight Show. This decision is surprising to many parties that Carson will be replaced by David Letterman. Letterman then moved to CBS and start their own program, The Late Show with David Letterman.

On the anniversary of The Tonight Show on 27 September 2004, Leno announced that he will retire as the event in 2009 and submit to the occupation of the Late Night with Conan O'Brien.
